How to Get Involved and Donations
How can I get involved or support your organization?
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Lipstick Angels is a 501(c)3 organization and your donation is 100% tax deductible. Our tax identification number is 45-4295840.
I have products that I would like to donate. Where should I send them?
Please contact us first at email@example.com before sending us any product donations.
Shipping and Returns
Where do you ship?
Lipstick Angels currently ships domestically within the United States.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes! We can ship to any U.S. address, including P.O. boxes.
When will my skincare or makeup set arrive?
Please allow 5–7 business days from the time of booking your session for your set to arrive. If your beauty or skincare set has still not arrived within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Are the makeup or skincare sets available for pickup?
Individual sets are not available for pickup, but can be shipped to any desired U.S. location. If you are a cancer-affiliated organization and would like to order in bulk quantities, please contact us at email@example.com
Can I return my makeup or skincare set for a refund?
All product shipments are final and not available for a refund. If there is an issue or concern with your products, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled using the links at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email. We kindly ask that all appointment cancellations or changes be made at least 48 hours in advance. Each appointment cannot be canceled or rescheduled more than 3 times.
Why can’t I book an appointment for this week?
Your service must be booked at least 10 days in advance to allow for packing and shipping of your complimentary beauty products, and to ensure that you receive your products in time for your virtual appointment.
Can I book an appointment for someone else?
As a caregiver, family member, or friend, you are more than welcome to assist with the booking process, select a service and ship the set to a designated location. The email address used for the account will be the one used for email communication and virtual appointment confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact us at email@example.com
I am booking my second appointment. Can I request the same Lipstick Angel consultant?
Lipstick Angel consultants are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that the same consultant will be available.
Are there any age restrictions for the virtual services?
Our services are for those 13 years of age or order. If the service is for an individual between the ages of 13-18, they must have a parent or legal guardian consent, as indicated in the Terms of Service.
Are virtual services open for both men and women?
All Lipstick Angels services are gender-neutral and available to everyone.
Attending a Virtual Service
How do I meet with my Lipstick Angels consultant?
Upon booking your appointment, you will be emailed a Zoom link to meet with your Lipstick Angels consultant over video chat.
Can I still attend a virtual service without a computer?
All Lipstick Angels virtual services can be attended via Zoom with a computer, laptop, smartphone, or tablet. In the event that you do not have access to any of these devices, we are happy to schedule a phone consultation. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
What if I am running late for my appointment?
If you know ahead of time that you will be running late, please reach out to us at email@example.com as early as possible. If you are running late last minute, the Lipstick Angels consultant will remain on Zoom for 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time before disconnecting.
What do I do if I miss my appointment?
If you miss your appointment, you will receive an email from Lipstick Angels with an opportunity to reschedule.
