Treasurer - Jeremy began his career as a Petty Officer in the United States Navy, where he developed a foundation in leadership, operational execution, and mission-driven accountability. Following his service, he joined PWC, ultimately serving as Senior Manager, advising high-growth and public companies on technical accounting, financial reporting, and operational controls.
He served as Corporate Controller & Head of Finance at Drybar, where he built and scaled the finance organization during a period of rapid national expansion prior to the company’s acquisition by Helen of Troy.
In 2013, Jeremy co-founded Stage 1 Financial, helping build one of the leading outsourced finance platforms serving venture-backed consumer companies. Under his leadership, Stage 1 delivered fully integrated strategic finance, accounting, and analytical services to fast-growing brands before being acquired in 2023.
Jeremy is currently Managing Partner of BT3 Ventures, a 7-year-old venture capital fund focused on partnering with high-growth consumer companies. He also serves as Partner & CFO of Crème Collective and as a Venture Capital Mentor at SMU Cox School of Business.
Across operating and investing roles, working with over 700 brands and more than 20 exits in his background, Jeremy specializes in building scalable financial infrastructure, aligning capital with long-term value creation, and supporting founder-led companies through institutional growth.
